Hi,
I just discovered that if I had my forms with a Title field instead of Name, it would have simplified a lot of things!
Now that I have loads of topics with these forms attached, I don't know how to do that without breaking everything... Any Ideas?
here is what I tried without success :
- I tried to add a Field Title to the form with the value : $formfield(Name)
- I tried to add a Field Title to the form with a search for $formfield(Name)
- I tried to update the Field Title with $formfield(Name) from the header :
%EDITFORMFIELD{ "form" type="start" topic="%BASEWEB%.%BASETOPIC%" method="get" }%
%EDITFORMFIELD{ "Title" topic="%INCLUDINGTOPIC%" type="hidden" value="%SEARCH{ "^%INCLUDINGTOPIC%$" scope="topic" regex="on" nonoise="on" format="$formfield(Name)"}%" }%
%EDITFORMFIELD{ "form" type="end" }%
Help!

Discussion and Answer
I recommend to do a global search and replace using the
GlobalReplacePlugin. Take a backup before the mass changes, it is easy to make a mistake with regular expressions.

The plugin doesn't want to install...
I did it manually, topic by topic. I learned my lesson!
