SID-02162: Could not send confirmation email

When we checked a user dials the following error:

Warning: Could not send confirmation email

ERROR: Exit code 19200 from TWiki::cfg{MailProgram} at /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.8/CGI/Carp.pm line 314.

Something wrong with the mail configuration. Try using the SMTP service built into Linux. Set {SMTP}{MAILHOST} configure setting to localhost.
