SID-02183: Unable to save twiki configuration

i am not able to save twiki config. After i go to localhost/do/configure and give password and try to save the configuration , it is not getting saved. The page is at a loading state and after few minutes gets timedout.

I have the same problem, the page is at loading state and finish by timeout. The error in Apache Server is:

[Tue Sep 13 14:53:13.357552 2016] [core:error] [pid 1804:tid 852] (70007)The timeout specified has expired: [client ::1:49470] AH00574: ap_content_length_filter: apr_bucket_read() failed, referer: http://localhost:8085/do/configure

Can any help?, I use Windows 2012 server R2 and Apache Server 2.4.
