• Do a raw view on your TWiki.TWikiPreferences
• Copy the WIKILOGOIMG setting into the clipboard
• Go to your Main.TWikiPreferences and attach your logo with transparent background to it (no taller than 50px) - example: mylogo.png
• Edit your Main.TWikiPreferences, paste the WIKILOGOIMG setting, and tweak the values - example:
  • Set WIKILOGOIMG = %PUBURL%/Main/TWikiPreferences/mylogo.png
