SID-02246: Perl tainting issue?

TWiki configure page works, but when trying to view the main page, the following message appears:

Software error:

Insecure dependency in sysopen while running with -T switch at /usr/local/share/perl5/CGI/Session/Driver/file.pm line 107.

This occurred after a new user was registered, and they created a new tag (which included spaces, if that makes any difference).
