SID-02305: When purchasing latest twiki on paypal, where is DL Link?

When I went to purchase the latest version of twiki from paypal, it was mentioned that there was a link that would allow one to then download the latest version being paid for. However, after I paid the $15 on paypal, I did not discover where the download link was. Where/How can I now download the twiki version that I paid for?
