SID-02322: Failed to load DASHBOARD variable

I have installed the TWikiDashboardAddOn follow by the instruction and include the following setting to TWiki/TWikiPreferences stated in http://twiki.org/cgi-bin/view/Plugins/TWikiDashboardAddOn, like

When I open my TWikiDashboardAddOn, I saw the below text in the example section instead of dashboard view (Note: It's working fine if I'm using include method to create dashboard)

I believe that it cant get the section name? I've searched, but can find no clue as to what might be causing this. Any thoughts?

Not sure. Please check:

• Is the DASHBOARD setting in your TWikiPreferences a real bullet? E.g. not just a * at the beginning of the line like in your example above.
• Did you do a raw edit on your TWikiPreferences topic to paste the DASHBOARD setting?

I'm always edit it in RawEdit (see attached image below, prameter_values_in_TWikiPreferences.png)
