SID-02384: Editting topic with images going in RAW

Status: Answered Answered TWiki version: 6.1.0 Perl version: v5.26.2
Category: CategoryEditing Server OS: Ubuntu 18.10 Last update: 7 years ago

Hi,

After installing twiki i am facing an issue. I create a topic and if i insert an image and save, the next time i try to edit a page it goes in RAW edit mode instead of WYSIWYG.

How do i tell twiki to use WYSIWYG editor for topics with images by default?

Please help

Anyone has a solution here??

The edit mode is set with the EDITMETHOD setting in your profile page, e.g. it is a user preference setting. If set to wysiwyg you get the WYSIWYG editor, if set to raw you get the raw editor when editing any topic.

This setting can also be used on a web level or topic level.

I am not aware that the edit mode is sensitive to content, such as embedded images.

I take this back, there are content aware settings to turn WYSIWYG editing off, see WysiwygPluginSettings
