I am unable to create the first Admin user in
TWikiAdminGroup. I can login as the builtin admin user and I can add users to the
AdminGroup by editing data/Main/TWikiAdminGroup.txt directly.
But there is no "edit" button on the TWiki Administrator Group webpage. All other webs that should be editable by an admin seem to work fine.
I have read the "Access denied message" and the "unable to create first admin user" support questions. Those patches are in this version of TWiki.

Discussion and Answer
Maybe there is a TWiki version mismatch? The latest TWiki has no longer a topic edit button for the
TWikiAdminGroup, but that topic has an embedded "Edit Group Settings" button. Maybe the content of your TWikiAdminGroup if of an older TWiki version?

I did not notice the "Edit Group Settings" button before.
I clicked on it and saved the new settings and now the topic adds the "Edit" button as well.
Thank you for your help.
