SID-02497: Create table with unlinked item states (%CLI%)

I want to create an editable table, in which the first column would always be a %CLI% state with three possible states (default is two states). How can I do that? Is it possible to somehow set states and stateicons in EDITTABLE format? Or is it possible to change default settings of CLI to have three states? If so, how, please?

I am not sure I understand your question. If you want to specify variables so that they do not expand in edit mode you can escape them with <nop>, as in %<nop>X% for %X%.
