SID-02516: Manage link seems to be incorrectly retrieved

Under the fileattchment section; we have the manage link. We found that this hyperlink is being referred to link as: <defaulturlhost>/twiki/bin/view instead of <defaulturlhost>/twiki/bin/attach

That is strange. The link should look line /twiki/bin/attach/Someweb/SomeTopic?filename=some-attachment.txt. That link is defined in twiki/templates/attachtables.tmpl, search for manage. Restore this from your TWiki package if needed.
