SID-02518: Supported OS for TWiki-6.1.0

Kindly confirm if twiki TWiki-6.1.0 supports "Linux 8.8". Currenlty its running with "Linux ver 7.9".

I have TWiki-6.1.0 installed on a RHEL 8.10 OS works fine. There is one small bug in configure reporting an incorrect perl version, it's safe to ignore that.
