Answer
I'm afraid there is no way of configuring this, so it would require TWiki code changes - see
SettingCorrectTimeZone for some discussion and some ideas of where to look.

Question
I'm having exaclty the same problem.
Is that still true? (Can't believe it)

Yes, this is still true. But I believe there are two different plugins that can assist you: search for
time zone in the Plugins web to find them. One deals with showing a different time in TWiki, the other with having time zones per city code (or something like that). A simple fix could be to set your server's clock to your time and ignore the
GMT suffix that's displayed, or possibly hack the code to remove these letters.
TWiki runs on GMT time per default because many installations are across time zones. Developers are aware that many installations are
not across time zones, though, but development efforts have been put to other uses so far.

If you would like to experiment, please let us know if
AlwaysServerTimeZone helps.
