Please do help us in providing a step by step procedure to implement Twiki

The Cairo TWikiInstallationGuide have been step-by-step instructions, designed for people not so familiar with Apache config files and CPAN. TWiki 4's TWikiInstallationGuide are desined by experts for experts, unfortunately we do not yet have an official step-by-step guide. KentPootsInstallExperiences is a very good start though.
