Question

I am trying to use %TOC{"Topic"}% to expand the table of contents for a topic, but it is broken in two ways:

1. It is not expanding %TOPIC% in the referenced page (so the top-level heading literally renders as %TOPIC%)

2. It is not generating correct URLs for the referenced topics (URLs look like "WebHome# %TOPIC%" (for the top level heading) or "WebHome#Summary" (for a subheading) where WebHome is the topic that contains the %TOC...% references (rather than the page referenced, "Topic").

TWiki is 8 Feb 2006 build 8740. I don't seem to see this problem on TWiki 4 Jul 2006 build 10807 (different system), but I didn't see it listed as a Known Issue either. Has it actually been fixed?
