Question

We are planning and trying to use a lot of TopicTemplates. We have as many webs as projects. This webs need the same TopicTemplates (for example for minutes). The same case for Categories. Webs need to share some TopicTemplates and Categories.

Should I put TopicTemplates in only one web and then all webs use this TopicTemplate? Or maybe should put TopicTemplates in a WebTemplate and then I would have the same TopicTemplate in each project web. (The problem with this is that if I change the TopicTemplate I should change a lot of TopicTemplates).

Should we put a new web "templates" or do you think that is better to put in Main?

I'd recommend creating a special Templates web and set NOSEARCHALL (in WebPreferences) to "on" so that this web does not show up in most users' list of webs (or search results). This way, you can keep all your templates in one place and not have them mixed in with user topics.
