Question

From the view file, links to most things like Sandbox, Users, Main, etc... has its URL written twice

i.e. www.foo.com/~peter/twiki/bin/~peter/twiki/bin/view.pl/Main/WebHome

However, the "Edit", "Attach" , and "Printable" on the top left are linked properly.

Any tips or advice would be awesome.

Answer

Sounds like a TWiki.cfg configuration issue. Please review the SupportGuidelines and attach TWiki.cfg, someone might help you out.
