Question

I'm having trouble getting variables to expand when they are part of a hyperlink. For example, in:

http://www.somedomain.com?var=someVar&var2=%SOMEVAR%

%SOMEVAR% doesn't get recognized as a Twiki parameter and subsequently expanded. I'm assuming this is on purpose. How to I force that variable to expand? I can't seem to find any docs on this...
