Question
Is there a way to let the user view the raw text (source) of a TWiki page without editing the page? Does someone perhaps have a skin for this?

With TWikiRelease01Feb2003 (or before?), the solution is simple: append

?raw=on to the URL
of the page (or follow the bottom link "More") - see HowToViewRawText.
