Where can I find older versions of the software?

TWiki plugins: DefaultPlugin, EmptyPlugin, InterwikiPlugin

Answer

Can you point us at which piece of documentation led you to think that this was necessary?

It's not.

http://twiki.org/release/, btw, though as martin said, you don't actually need the older versions

In the Reference Guide, under "TWiki Upgrade Guide", "Upgrade Requirements". It states:

NOTE: To upgrade from a pre-01-Feb-2003 TWiki, start with TWikiUpgradeTo01Feb2003

The link then describes how to upgrade to Beijing.

I guess this is not necessary, but then the docs are very misleading...

It should be possible to upgrade directly from an older version to the latest production release if you read between the lines and use common sense smile
