Question

My template macros (is that what they're called?) are not parsing for some reason. This is what the site looks like now:

I also cannot get rid of the lock error. I've tried relocking (which finishes successfully) and doing it manually from the command line but that error is always there and in the files themselves I have: locks apache:1.4; strict;

Suggestions appreciated. I'm almost there!

Answer

Deleting and re-uploading the data directory worked as seen on the IncompleteInstall page.
