John: Just a thought, you can make your header appear automatically by doing one of:

1. Use server side include:
   • Create a TopicHeader topic with your header. (done)
   • Write %INCLUDE{"TopicHeader.txt"}% in every topic. (done for this page only)
2. Customize the WEBTOPICLIST variable in WebPreferences to show your header. This way it will appear automatically on every topic.
