There are notes and lists of wikis at various locations, including the C2:WikiEngineReview pages on C2 and some lists of Wiki Forums on C2. These are some links I have not incorporated there yet.

• SeedWiki -- another (new circa June, 2002?) wiki farm, open to anybody. Haven't figured out what engine they use, and haven't spent much time looking at it. I could be wrong, but I don't think it uses TWiki. Interesting customization features include customizable headers, footers, menus.
