Motivation

Currently, when a subweb named A/B is deleted, it's moved to Trash/B. Let's say there are subwebs Bird/Eagle and Golf/Eagle. Both are moved to Trash/Eagle when deleted.

Description and Documentation

A subweb A/B will be moved to Trash/A/B when deleted. It can be achieved only by changing template/renameweb.tmpl and template/renamewebbase.tmpl in the TWiki core.

Examples

When deleted, Bird/Eagle will be renamed to Trash/Bird/Eagle, Golf/Eagle will be renamed to Trash/Golf/Eagle. Even if both are deleted, it's trivial to restore both from Trash.

Discussion

This makes sense, especially for larger deployments. Thumbs up!
