1. Refine new TWiki Governance

• Desired outcome: Define TWiki Community Council
• See IntroducingTWikiGovernance and TWikiGovernanceProposal1

No decisions were taken which was the plan.

• Peter announced that he has appointed Arthur Clemens, Michael Daum, Kenneth Lavrsen, Martin Seibert for the TCC. And with Peter that makes the 5 members.
• Listen to the meeting from attached mp3. it would be dangerous to single out a selection of opinions.
• Next meeting will be in the Weekend. Time to be agreed with Sven Dowideit. Proposal is 16:00 CEST / 14:00 GMT Saturday or Sunday. Again using conference bridge which means that Sven does not need access to internet. Crawford to contact Sven and agree time.
• Next next meeting is the normal release meeting slot Monday at 19:00 GMT / 21:00 CEST

2. Review Urgent Bugs with 4.2.1 scope

• Desired outcome: Identify owners for urgent bugs; decide on release date of 4.2.1
• See TWikibug:ReleaseBlocker, List of changes waiting for release

• Review items from last meeting:
  • TWikibug:Item5118 and TWikibug:Item4824 - 5118 is fixed. Crawford is working with Kenneth on 4824
  • TWikibug:Item5382 - Sopan has fixed it.
  • TWikibug:Item5704 - Current fix OK for 4.2.1. Downgrade to normal for 5.0 user code rewrite.
  • TWikibug:Item5451 - Michael will look at.

Could we also have a short look at TWikibug:Item5765 (not related to the 4.2.1 release, but IMHO also somewhat urgent)? This should take less than 5mins, but I guess the obliteration of the files in question--also listed in Changeset 17009--needs to be scheduled properly, since this is "a bit messy" using SVN.

I attached my transcription of the first 46 minutes of the call (up to where Peter started answering the questions raised). Perhaps someone would like to extend it further; I put the time offsets into the text so it should be easy to find the right place.

Sven said he would pick up where I left off. It's quite hard to do accurately, and 46 minutes was my upper limit.

OK, I think I've completed the transcription of the main part of the meeting. One of the last comments by Crawford was that someone should go through these notes and take out the formative agreements that came out of this meeting so we can start from those at the next meeting. This is still something someone could do. If no one picks it up, I'll try to do it tonight.
