Feature Proposal: Move change TWiki form from edit screen to "more" screen

Motivation

New users tinker around and may remove a form on a topic without realizing what is going on. I have seen that many times on twiki.org with user profile pages. The edit screen has a big "Replace Form" button below the edit area. Only TWiki app developers need to be able to add/change/remove TWiki forms from a template topic or existing topics.

Description and Documentation

Remove the "Add/Replace Form" button on edit mode. In return, add a "Add/Replace TWiki Form section in the "more topic action" screen to add or change a TWiki form.
