Could someone help out to convert the existing remaining doc pages to the new format of the CodevDocumentationProjectTemplate?

I've been watching some of the edits "scroll by" on the developers mail list, and I'm glad to see this occurring.

I'm not really clear on what you need done or what files need the changes. (And, hence, how much time it may take, or, how soon you need the work completed.)

Are the files listed above, or not listed above (or are some of the files listed above already using the proper template and some not - which are which)?

Could you give me a specific example of a file that needs to be changed? Does the change only require pasting in (say) of the new template, or must existing content be merged into the template?
