The comment template needs to be adjusted so that it jumps to the discussion tab after submitting a comment.

Raw view is broken.
Normal editing gets pretty geeky with the sections etc.
If this is to mimic the discussion feature like Mediawiki then I think this is the wrong path.

Kenneth, go see
TalkTalk, and use the Discuss topic button in the topic action bar.

Yes, the raw view not showing up when a VIEW_TEMPLATE is in the game is a known bug in 4.1.2 that has been fixed in 4.2.
Note, that this is just a for-fun example about what you can do with TWiki right away. About normal edits being too geeky. Well, this approach - having the proposal and the rest of the discussion in one topic - does not become much less geeky. You
can move the VIEW_TEMPLATE setting to the hidden topic prefs, but the STOPINCLUDE, STARTSECTION and STOPSECTION are pretty much all what is left in terms of geekyness ...
which is exactly three extra lines of
TML in the Talk topic. The gain is that you get a less geekier view interface, means the net geekyness
is much lower than what we have on TWiki.org right now
Note also, that you can easily extend the
TabViewTemplate to have more that two tabs ...
