Question

Edit didn't modify the webpage

Sometime when I edit a page, after saving, the page didn't update immediately before I "reload" the page, same with the source code. Why?

Answer

Are you saying that sometimes you edit a page, then preview and save it, but you don't see the changes? But then if you reload the page you do see the changes?

If so, I don't know if I can explain the problem (maybe someone else can) -- I would suspect it's nothing to worry too much about and may have something to do with the various caching (proxying) that can occur on the Internet.

If you don't see the changes even after you reload the page, that is a worse problem, but I think it is a known problem that the developers thought was solved (I think) so they may want more details if this is occurring. Try looking at BrowserIssues if this is the problem.

Have a look at the two pages I've referred to in comments to Randy's comment - try the diagnostic steps in there and see which problem you have. Key things to think about are whether you have any proxy caches involved - see BrowserAndProxyCacheControl for some background info on this.
