SID-00746: How do I migrate TWiki installations?

I have created a TWiki site as a proof of concept on a test server, and now would like to move the entire installation to a new server.

(a) Is there a way of easily transferring the TWiki content?

(b) Is it possible to move content from another Wiki into a new TWiki installation or vice versa?

(c) Is it possible to export TWiki content into MS Office based applications or PDFs?

TWiki has now an easy point & click solution to upgrade TWiki with the help of the BackupRestorePlugin.
