SID-01357: 404 Error During Install

I am working on a MacBook Pro, MacOSX version 10.6.8, using Chrome 16.0.912.63. I have installed Apache 2.0 and it seems to work. I've gotten to step 7 on the installation guide. When I try to run 'configure' I get a "404 Page not Found" error.

I have guaranteed that httpd.conf is new. I'll bet it's a simple mistake in one of the config files, but I can't find it. I'd appreciate help.

PS I think it's version 4, but not far enough to get WebHome.
