SID-02038: twiki installation

I have to install twiki on windows and i have done each and everything as given on - http://twiki.org/cgi-bin/view/TWiki/TWiki04x02WindowsInstallationGuide, and also tried through VMware but still unable to install twiki. Any help please or video or presentation.
