Question
Not sure if it's my problem or TWiki.org's, but when I tried to edit
CompareRevisionsAddOnGivesInternalServerErrorFivehundred I couldn't because the
RCS said that my edit was not in chronological order with the last edit. Also see the attached image:

Answer
This is a temporary issue just on TWiki.org, my apologies for the inconvenience.
The temporary server currently used is stressed to its limits, with CPU at 100%. Sometimes the server hangs, and with this the system time gets shifted by many hours into the future. If after fixing the time you try to edit & save a topic that was saved with a future timestamp, you get error you reported.

For reference, here is the exact error message:
ci: /path/to/twiki/data/Web/TopicName.txt,v: Date 2005/06/11 07:20:47 precedes 2005/06/11 08:59:56 in revision 1.2.
