Config Panel Add-On

This Add On will serve as a complete drop-in replacement of the configure script in TWiki4 and beyond, that provides a clearly defined extention points so the Plugin configuration can be manage through it too.

This is a work in progess... check the http://TWiki.org/cgi-bin/view/Plugins/ConfigPanelAddOnDev page.

Usage

Add-On Installation Instructions

Note: You do not need to install anything on the browser to use this add-on. The following instructions are for the administrator who installs the add-on on the server where TWiki is running.

  • Download the ZIP file from the Add-on Home (see below)
  • Unzip ConfigPanelAddOn.zip in your twiki installation directory. Content:
    File: Description:
    data/TWiki/ConfigPanelAddOn.txt Add-on topic
    data/TWiki/ConfigPanelAddOn.txt,v Add-on topic repository
    bin/foobar Add-on script
  • Test if the installation was successful:
    • describe, with example
