You can publish your search-engine by an link-tag in the Siteheader.
The new Search-Engine will be available on the "SearchEngine-Manager"

Matthias,
will this be transmitted/installed each time a topic is loaded?
Please feel free to add your installation instruction to
FirefoxTWikiSearchBoxAddOn

MatthiasThullner - 13 Oct 2008
The first time you chose the engine, the file will be installed.
As if you copy the file in the directory "searchplugins".
As an example:
http://support.microsoft.com/

This add-on should be packaged as
FirefoxTWikiSearchBoxAddOn.zip so that the download links function properly. Right now you get a file not found message when you click on the download link in
AddOnPackage and other query pages.
