Feedback on GoogieSpellPlugin

Thanks Stephen for sharing this plugin! What is the difference to the existing GoogieSpellContrib? Possibly merge?

I hadn't even seen it. I suggested this plugin in SpellCheckerPlugin (Update: SpellCheckerPluginDev rather -- StephenGordon - 11 Nov 2006) in May to a resounding wall of silence, I completed it in June. As a result of the lack of interest packaging it wasn't exactly a high priority for me.

I do not intend to switch or merge with the Contrib as apart from the backend script the files are essentially the same. Ironically I suspect the 'backend' script in use by the Contrib was in fact one of the earlier versions written by me, as linked in the previous topic. I would suggest the Contrib backend is upgraded to the final version of the script, as available here:

I will note this on the appropriate dev topic for the Contrib.

Any chance of getting this module to work in 4.1.x ?
