Feedback on HostnamePlugin

This might be a bit specific to us, but thought I would post it here anyway. Useful when using a load balancer. Probably the simplest plugin on twiki.org

Thanks Andrew for sharing this plugin!

It might be helpful to document the distinction between the existing server name (%HTTP_HOST%) as seen from the browser and the hostname of the system (uname -n)
