Sven, you got ahead of me again... There is huge overlap to the ControlsPlugin which was meant to go this way. Please consider merging these functionalities. In particular, a good handling of dependent selects is needed.

yeah, Thomas, there is overlap between this and all our other works.

The biggest crux of this plugin is actually going to be an addressing scheme to enable the getting and setting of sections of a topic / topic set. I'm looking towards a read-write version of the XQueryPlugin? , with named paragrahs and so on. But I would like to see a set of use cases that other people have, so i don't go too far down the CS purity route.
