Small suggestion: Get rid of the shell script, you should be able to do everything in the Plugin.

This Plugin is no longer needed with TWikiRelease01Sep2004. Lets wait with declaring it an ObsoletePluginPackage because there are still many older installations deployed

sounds like we need a DeprecatedPluginPackage? step before ObsoletePluginPackage

Hmm, that means it would not be listed in the PluginPackage anymore. My point was to leave the classifcation the way it is for the time being because the Plugin is still useful for some people. The DeprecatedPluginPackage raises the complexity of the Plugins web. The NOTE on top of the Plugin topic is sufficient IMO.
