Discussion on NamespaceManagerAddOn

This plugin provides a flexibility to map twiki topics to some relevant actions - such as letting a template handle it, making sure that some topic name patterns will necessarily be created with specific templates and so on.

This mechanism is somewhat independent of plugin approach because of URL redirection. (Hence no performance penalty, since it is called only when user clicks on a undefined link.)

Vinod, I added a SHORTDESCRIPTION to the "Add-On Info" section so that this add-on is represented properly in the AddOnPackage topic and query topics. Please feel free to take this into the next release.
