How do you tell this plugin to only notify you about specific child topic changes? Instead of being notified about all child topic changes. Thanks. (FYI: I haven't installed it yet)

I do not know. This plugin is relatively old. If you install it, please let us know if it works on TWiki 4. FYI, the MailerContrib is pre-installed in TWiki 4 and offers similar fine-grained notification features (but no immediate notification.)
