First version posted. After adding the logo roll to the twiki.org homepage (part of
HomePageRedesign2010 work) I though that this could be useful for other applications as well, so I enhanced it and packaged it as a add-on. Enjoy!
Let me know what uses-cases you come up with.

I now installed the scrollbox on my twiki site. Apparently, there are big differences on how it works in different browsers:
The firefox browser it works perfectly:-)
In the IE8 browser the text doesnt move inside the box. This means that users cant see the more than the first 5 lines.
In the IE10 browser the text doesnt move, and the text goes outside the box. I saw that an other user was advised to use the compability-mode button, but it doesnt seems to help in my case. However the browser can show the demo site correctly.
Any help are appreciated.

It also works on all other browsers. Oh boy, IE should be tarred and feathered! Joke aside, yes, that should be fixed.

I'm confused by the "static" scroll box. It doesn't scroll.
I expected that if the text was larger than the defined size of the box, that there would be a scroll bar.
