Great presentation! Some minor comments - there's a typo in link to the presentation page on Slide 44, points to 30May2001. Also, the link to
TWikiInstallations has a typo in the link text.

Thanks for catching this, is fixed.
PS: The write protection is kind of un-Wiki like, I did it to keep the presentation as it was on the meeting.

I agree — a great presentation! (I read through slide 19 and skimmed the remainder.) My local LUG (LVLUG (Lehigh Valley)) has asked me several times to explain what a wiki or TWiki is and I think my answers have always been inadequate — I'll refer them to this link and see if they say "Ahha!".
Two minor points:
- On slide 11 (re wiki), I don't understand the difference between the first two points — am I missing something or are they redundant? If not redundant, do you need another word or two to make the distinction clear? The two points:
- "Every page can be edited, using just a browser"
- "Read-write web, every page can be edited using just a browser"
- Looked up "nevertheless" and it is a valid word and apparently the correct spelling (rather than "never-the-less") but it seems somewhat jarring to my eye — you might want to think about a substitute.

Great stuff! You've saved a lot of people a lot of work time and long explanations.
"Nevertheless" is fine by me.
Re Richard's first point, I still get the wrong date in the URL on slide 44.

Oops, link to topic with incorrect date is fixed.
Randy, the two bullets are duplicates.

Typo: on slide 39 last line, change "then" to "than"

Ummm, that's what the revision history is for? Just add a preface line which reads
The presentation as it was when it happened
. Note: I personally don't care one way or the other. I just thought I'd point out you can have your cake and eat it too in this instance.

Hey, thanks for the slide show!! I now have something to use, when I get my TWiki up and running, to show to my users. My friend,
MarnieGustavson may or may not be excited to have been used as an example. She is a new user so it might freak her out that she made it to the slide show. Could you pick another user? Maybe make up one? Thanks.
