Design Quality

You are commenting here on the user interface design and usability of the extension, not the architectural design of the code. For example,

  • Is it easy to use?
  • Can it be combined with other extensions seamlessly?
  • If it isn't enabled, can topics still be viewed sensibly in TWiki?

Hm, that's no interface or usability criterion. The DesignQuality from a user's perspective is extension-agnostic and only of concern for the user facing the resulting web-application. BUT extensions implementing TML tags may be "designed" to be TWikiApplication-friendly by allowing functionality to be reused by a TML author thereby being a "user" of the extension.

I moved the overlapping-features/uniqueness into IdeaQuality and revamped the original one to a interoperabiliy criterion.
