Integrating FIT with TWiki

see http://fit.c2.com/ or http://www.fitnesse.org

We currently use TWiki for documentation and some project management, and I'm looking at using FIT for integration testing. Whilst I'm not opposed to using Fitnesse for storing the integration tests for running through FIT (has the advantage that it runs a standalone web server so can run on individual development machines as well as a central build server) it would be great if everything could just be run from a single wiki, that being of course TWiki.

I don't code perl, but may get time to think about this further in the new year, but if anyone else wants to jump on this they'd make me very happy!

Any action on this?

Same need here. Just started researching Fitnesse to aid with testing and it would be great if TWiki could work with Fit for this matter.

Has anyone made any progress in integration with Fitnesse? We have a project that is using both Wikis and would like them to work better together.

One basic idea is to use an InterWiki link, e.g. Test:FooPage for TWiki's FooPage, and embed this as Test:%TOPICNAME% somewhere in the TWiki templates or sidebar menu. Or we could use a %INCLUDE% of the remote Fitnesse Wiki page as needed.
