Slim Koala Skin

Please, use the SlimKoalaSkinTheme.tar.gz, which do not override KoalaSkin files instead -- ColasNahaboo

ATTENTION: if you install this skin it will overwrite the files of the original KoalaSkin. But installing the original KoalaSkin again will do likewise.

this is a simplified version of the KoalaSkin and it's based on the KoalaSkin version 2.11. It contains all the files of the KoalaSkin and some in a slightly modified version for a simplified look.

Installation

Note: You do not need to install anything on the browser to use this skin. The following instructions are for the administrator who installs the skin on the server where TWiki is running.

backup KoalaSkin: to backup the original KoalaSkin use the attached file "koalafiles" in conjuction with the "tar" command like this:

tar cvfz KoalaSkin.original.tar.gz $(cat koalafiles)

this will create the "KoalaSkin.original.tar.gz" archive with all the files of the KoalaSkin.

• Download the "tar" file from the Skin Home page (see below)
• Untar SlimKoalaSkin.tar.gz in your twiki installation directory linke this: tar xvfz SlimKoalaSkin.tar.gz
• go to your WebPreferences or TWikiPreferences and enter:
  • #Set SKIN = koala
  • Set CSS =
  • Set TOPICS =
  • Set TOPICSTOP =
• edit your WIKIWEBLIST in TWikiPreferences to contain all the webs you want to generate this skin for (the TWiki-default - all webs is fine).
• from your twiki installationdirectory run bin/koalaskin-generate
