Question
Using Twiki 4.1.2
Installed
ActionTrackerPlugin after fixing bug with EXTEND.PM as per
http://twiki.org/cgi-bin/view/Support/ConfigureDoesNotRecognizePluginFiles
Now, when I go to
http://mywiki/.../TWiki/InstalledPlugins and click on
ActionTrackerPlugin, I get this error:
"TWiki detected an internal error - please check your TWiki logs and webserver logs for more information. Can't call method "firstSelect" on an undefined value"
Error log has several errors generated as a result. Here are the first three:

Answer
If you answer a question - or someone answered one of your questions - please remember to edit the page and set the status to answered. The status selector is below the edit box.
That sounds like you may have a corrupt installation. Try re-installing from the command line (download the zip and unpack it at the root of your TWiki install)
