Question
Since I have upgraded to TWiki version 4.0 the
EditTablePlugin fails for date columns. The date dialog does not open anymore when clicking its button.
Also the table is not rendered properly beginning from the date column when being in edit mode. For each row an increasing number of empty cells are included after the date column.
Obviously it seams to be a problem in conjunction with
JSCalendarContrib. But this seams to work well in its simple-1.html side (when opening twiki/pub/TWiki/JSCalendarContrib/simple-1.html).
When having tables without dates, the
EditTablePlugin works well.
Would be great if someone could help, because we were heavily using this feature before we upgraded.

Answer
If you answer a question - or someone answered one of your questions - please remember to edit the page and set the status to answered. The status selector is below the edit box.
Not sure. It could be caused by mixing new files with old files. Try a clean installation of
JSCalendarContrib and
EditTablePlugin from the 4.0.2 zip file.

We already reinstalled several times without positive effects. We will follow your hint with new and old file. Thanks for now.

Now we reinstalled with previously removing all files of the
EditTablePlugin-distribution. Now the
EditTablePlugin renders well but the calendar popup is still not working. It simple does not open. I think there are some problems with paths. Keep on trying.

There is a known problem with the z-order of the calendar with Pattern skin; your calendar may be appearing
behind other HTML in your browser. See
