Question
I can't seem to get the debug log to work for the HeadlinesPlugin. I've set Debug = 1 in web and site preferences, but nothing shows up in the log...- TWiki version: 01 Feb 2003
- Perl version: 5.8
- Web server & version: Apache/2.0.40
- Server OS: Redhat Linux 9
- Web browser & version: Mozilla 1.4b
- Client OS: Redhat Linux 8
Answer
Set the debug flag in your HeadlinesPlugin topic. Check thedata/debug.txt file for debug messages. The Headlines Plugin does only put two types of messages:

- TWiki::Plugins::HeadlinesPlugin::initPlugin( Web.topic ) is OKof init of Plugin is OK -
- HeadlinesPlugin::commonTagsHandler( Web.topic )for each page rendered.
