Question

There are several ways to create a new topic (from URL , from a create topic template etc) The new topic does not necessary have to be in wikiword format

Is there a way to make sure that all new topics respect the wikiword format?

Environment

TWiki version: TWikiRelease04x01x02
TWiki plugins: DefaultPlugin, EmptyPlugin, InterwikiPlugin
Server OS: RH
Web server: apache
Perl version: 5.8
Client OS: Windows, Linux , MAC
Web Browser: IE, firefox, Safari
